Keep your eBike running smoothly, all year round, for one low monthly fee.
The eBike Care Membership takes the hassle out of eBike upkeep. You're covered for a full scheduled check and clean every quarter, plus on-demand call-outs whenever something needs attention in between, all for a flat monthly rate, with no surprise invoices.
Every quarter, we cover:
- Full clean and wash down
- Drivetrain check: chain, cassette and chainring wear
- Brake check: pad wear, cable/hydraulic line condition, lever feel
- Tyre and tube check: pressure, tread wear, sidewall damage
- Bolt torque check (stem, seatpost, pedals, racks and accessories)
- Headset and bearing play check
- Full lubrication of chain, derailleurs and cables
Need something fixed in between? We'll come to you.
As a member, you can call us out, or we'll arrange for someone to come to you, for:
- Puncture and flat repairs
- Brake pad replacement, adjustment and bleeding (mechanical/hydraulic systems)
- Gear indexing and derailleur adjustment
- Chain and cable replacement or repair
- General bolt and component tightening, rattle diagnosis
Call-outs are available across the Northern Beaches (NSW). And as a thank-you to our long-standing members, we like to throw in the odd complimentary tune-up or clean along the way — just our way of looking after the customers who look after us.
Want a proper full service? Members save.
Your quarterly check is complimentary, but sometimes your eBike needs more than a check — a proper hands-on service, with brakes adjusted and bled, a full lube and clean, and tyres checked and set to pressure. That's a real job, so it's not included in your membership — but as a member, you get it done for a discounted call-out rate of $89, instead of our standard $149 full-service call-out. It's our way of making sure your membership keeps paying for itself.
What's not covered
This membership covers mechanical servicing and repairs only. Battery, motor, controller/display and wiring work, including diagnostics, repairs, replacements and firmware, sits outside the plan, since that work needs a certified eBike electrical specialist. If we find the issue is electrical once we're on-site, we'll let you know straight away. That's still covered by your membership in spirit: we'll help you track down the right parts or point you to a trusted specialist who can sort it, so you're never left in the dark, even for the things we can't personally fix. Part costs outside of service items will be invoiced.
Billing is as your selected tenure, and there's no lock-in, pause or cancel any time from your account.
